Salary- Our office is seeking a Medical Office Assistant who is EXCITED about SERVING our patients. We are a highly INNOVATIVE Physical Medicine Office that is DEDICATED to providing our patients with a "WOW" experience. We are not looking for job seekers. We want change makers!
- The ideal candidate would be engaging, a good communicator and most importantly see themselves as making a difference. The candidate should be career minded, health centered with good organizational skills and the ability to take initiative. We will be invested in your success and training for this position will be thorough before directly working with patients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Check patients in and out
- Answer Phones, taking and leaving messages
- Collect Payments/Copays/Coinsurance
- Perform Insurance Verifications & Authorizations
- Rooming and Routing Patients
- Teaching Exercise Therapies
- Scanning documents into EMR
- Schedule appointments
- Assist with day-to-day office flow
- Must be willing to cross-train as needed
- Training will be provided in detail

Great Hours Range from:
· MON/WED 8am – 6pm
· TU/TH 8am – 5pm
· FRI 8am – 2pm
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
