• Compensation: Up to $22.00/hour (because saving lives shouldn't mean living on Kansas corn)

Your Medical Toolkit:

• High school diploma or GED (as essential as Kansas wheat)
• 1+ year of Medical Assistant experience (bonus points if you can take vitals faster than a Kansas tornado)
• 6+ months of phlebotomy experience (vampires need not apply)
• Graduation from a nationally accredited Medical Assistant program (or similar healthcare training - we're talking to you, foreign-trained physicians and paramedics!)
• BLS certification (because knowing how to save lives is kind of important)
• EClinicalWorks or similar EMR experience (because paper charts are as outdated as covered wagons)
• Geriatric patient experience is a plus (patience of a prairie dog required)

• Emotional intelligence higher than the Kansas sky

• Ability to work with diverse populations (from wheat farmers to tech gurus)
