With the just the right eprson, this position could transition into a hybrid remote position. Hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We are looking for a Medical Assistant to welcome into our practice. The ideal person will display mature leadership skills and have the ability to muti-task and plan forward. Responsibilities:
- Chart prep in advance of the patient's appiontmnets
- Complete tasks at physician's request
- Triage patient calls and follow through with clinical patient requests
- Authorizations for imaging orders when required
- Authorizations for RX when required
- Learn and be able to fill in to perform allergys tests when needed
- Learn and be able to fill in for other MA's on vacation
Qualifications:
- Registered or Certified Medical Assistant
- 3 years experience in healthcare preferred
- Private practice experience preferred
- Exeperience with EHR a must
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
