Medical Assistant, Allergy Experience Preferred

Advanced ENT & Allergy is seeking a skilled and dedicated Medical Assistant with experience in Allergy to join our growing team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent patient care and assisting our medical professionals in delivering top-notch otolaryngological treatments. • Assist with patient intake and ensure accurate and complete medical records
• Perform vital signs assessments, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
• Be a backup for the allergy techs, administering allergy injections and provide patient education and counseling on allergies and treatment plans
• Ensure proper maintenance and stocking of exam room supplies and equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized examination room, adhering to infection control protocols

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of medical terminology and ability to accurately document patient information
• Proficient in performing vital signs assessments and allergy testing procedures
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately
