The Medical Assistant will assist the provider and all other medical staff by performing clinical and administrative duties.

Duties may include but are not limited to:

• Verifying insurance/pharmacy information
• Maintaining medical records
• Recording and measuring vital signs
• Assisting provider with various tasks
• Observance of self administration of medication
• Processing insurance payments
• Compiling medical records and charts
• Operating computer software and office equipment
• Sterilizing and cleaning medical equipment

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED

Experience in the medical field

Certification in related area
