We are seeking a Medical Assistant or LPN to become a part of our team! You must have 2 yrs medical office experience and perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.

Looking for a professional appearance, outgoing personality combined with the appropriate level of discretion necessary for an upscale physicians office.
Seeking well-qualified candidates with excellent communication skills and able to scribe and have a dynamic personality. Must have exceptional multi-tasking abilities and the ability to work in a fast paced medical office. Bilingual is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
- Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
- Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures
- Escort patients to exam rooms
- Secures all template changes
- Performs all orders for medical supplies
- Ensures that charts are complete for providers the day before.
- Reports potential problems to supervising LPN to ensure smooth operations.
- Greets patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous and helpful manner.
- Takes accurate and legible messages, which include time, date and initials.
- Answers clinical questions for patients and family members and routes all other calls correctly.
- Annotates patient arrivals, no shows and cancellations correctly in EMR system, if getting results make sure they reschedule.
- Completes special projects or performs other duties
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in as a Medical Assistant
- Familiarity with health insurances authorizations
- Strong organizational skills
Requirements:
- Pass a drug screen and full background check
- 2 References or more for verification
- Must be proficient and use EHR system (EclinicalWorks a plus), and have excellent typing skills
- Must have excellent customer service skills, detail to patient care, verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be computer literate and dedicated to performing quality patient care.

We are a large team of many support staff and providers covering all areas of the ENT clinical and business medical practice caring for our expanding patient population. We currently have 7 providers with 2 ENT Surgeons, 4 ENT Physician Associates and an Audiologist for our Hearing and Balance Center.
