Medical Assistant

Duties:
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures
- Obtain and record vital signs, medical history, and other relevant patient information
- Perform basic laboratory tests and collect specimens for analysis
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers
- Prepare treatment rooms for patient visits and ensure cleanliness and organization
- Assist with scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and maintaining medical supplies inventory
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, ensuring their comfort and addressing any concerns or questions they may have

Skills:
- Ability to administer medications accurately and safely
- Excellent patient service skills, with a compassionate and empathetic approach
- Experience in providing direct patient care in a hospital or clinical setting
- Familiarity with medical administrative support tasks

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a Medical Assistant program preferred
- Certification as a Medical Assistant is strongly desired
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
