Job Description

Beautiful U Medical Spa is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Medical Assistant to Dr. Russon DNP, FNPc. The ideal candidate will have a strong medical background and experience in patient care. The Medical Assistant will be assisting Dr. Russon with all aspects of patient care including, but not limited to, patient intake, examination, medication management, time management, and charting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Medical Assistant Certification required
• Previous Medical Assistant experience is required
• Must be able to work in a busy office setting
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and patient management software required
• Previous experience in a med spa setting preferred

Responsibilities:

·Assist the Doctor with procedures, intake, examination, cleaning medical supplies, time management, and charting
·Follows all infection control protocols and maintains a clean work environment.
·Maintains a high level of professionalism in the workplace.
·Maintains confidentiality of all information related to patients' health care needs. Adheres to American Fork, UT HIPPA guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday-Friday from 10 AM-5 PM as well as one Saturday per month from 9 AM-3 PM

Experience:

• Medical Assistant: 1 year Required
• Vital signs: 1 year Required

License/Certification:
