Medical Assistant

A&A Women's Health is seeking a part-time Medical Assistant who is fluent in both Spanish and English to join their busy OB/GYN office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various tasks, including greeting patients, managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance eligibility, collecting payments, and maintaining a comprehensive filing system for all patient documents and reports. The candidate should be willing to assist with back-office duties, possess effective communication skills, a positive attitude, and be a team player.

The position requires the candidate to work Mondays from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, Tuesdays from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Wednesdays from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The candidate must have fluency in both Spanish and English, and any relevant medical assisting certification would be an added advantage. Furthermore, the candidate must be willing to commute to the Chino office if required.
