Salary: $39,500 - $55,200 per year

Primary responsibilities include:
•Patient intake for well visits.
•Handles prior authorizations and assists patients with obtaining referrals to specialty doctors.
•Acts as virtual appointment concierge for telehealth doctor visits, and assists patients with virtual rooming.
•Pre-visit planning meetings with patients.
•Communicates directly with patient and their family throughout the continuum of care.
•Assists with utilization of patient portal for scheduling doctor visits.
•Responsible for updating and maintaining EHR (Epic).
Job requirements include:
•Must have Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certificate or Medical Assistant Diploma from an accredited Nursing program.
•2+ year clinical Medical Assistant experience.
•Positive attitude, team player with a passion for excellent patient care.
