Medical Assistant

Lani City Skin & Aesthetics is a Medspa and Wellness clinic, specializing in various skin and body treatments. The goal is provide the highest level of patient care and experience. Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
• Guide patients through check in and completing required medical documents
• Prepare patients for treatments
• Assist healthcare providers during patient examinations and treatments
• Perform basic laboratory tests and procedures, including specimen collection and processing
• Administer medications as directed by healthcare providers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and protocols
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and clinic area
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phones etc.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; completion of a Medical Assistant training program required
• Certified or registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) credentials preferred
• Previous experience working in aesthetic/dermatology clinic or medspa
• Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and basic pharmacology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
• BLS certification preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
