Summary: Install, test, inspect, or repair ceiling lift track systems following Guldmann specifications and meet all local state and federal code requirements for installation. Install on various sites nationwide. Install can be new construction or renovations and upgrades.
Install apprentice Essential requirements:

• Valid drivers license.
• OSHA 30 preferable or minimum OSHA 10.
• 2+ years of commercial construction related trades such as carpentry/ installations/ mechanical experience.
• Complete knowledge of power hand tools.
• Road warrior:- extensive travel 4 weeks on site, 1 week home.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Installation of patient lift systems following the Guldmann installation guidelines
• Know how to use power tools and resolve installation issues.
• Good communication to work well with GC or site supervisor as well as team members.
• Work well in a team environment
• Uphold the Guldmann install standards and ensure a safe and clean work environment.

Requirements
Qualifications:
Education/Experience: High school diploma and 2-3 years construction experience
Physical Demands:
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
