SalaryOur team is looking to recruit a candidate with preferable long term prospect who can provide Medical administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
- Answers phone calls and directs callers to appropriate personnel
- Schedule patients and update information in practice management and electronic medical record programs.
- Competency in Microsoft office, word and excel.
- Insurance verification
- Confirming patient appointments
- Communicate with patients specific instruappointments and tests
- Obtain authorizations and referrals
- Prepare documents for the billing agency.
- Scanning records into server and EMR
- Works closely with other administrative staff and supports other colleagues as needed.
- Works with sensitive information with discretion to maintain confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.
- Schedule tests, labs and imaging
- Presents a positive and professional image for the organization.-
- Bilingual, English and Spanish
- A team player with self-initiative.
- Experience in pediatrics is welcome.
