ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Oversee the operation of audio-visual and computer equipment for faculty and classrooms.
Provide technical support to the Zoom ITV system for delivery of instruction to regional high school campuses.
Support events in Town Hall and other public spaces requiring technology resources.
Support the broadcast and recording of Board Of Trustee meetings through Zoom technology.
As a member of the User Services team provide support to faculty, staff and students for any issues logged in the campus Help Desk ticket system.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Requires frequent and continuous sitting/moving about, continuous use of fine motor skills, and pushing and pulling of up to 50 lbs.
SCHEDULE DETAILS:
Must be available to work 40 hrs. per week with normal work hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Occasional evening and weekend hours may be required.
Minimum Qualifications:ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include but are not limited to:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience with Microsoft operating systems Office 365 required.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Associate’s degree in Computer Information Systems, or related field is preferred.
Minimum of two year’s experience in the management and troubleshooting of computer and audiovisual systems is preferred.
Knowledge of Zoom and video conferencing technologies is highly desirable.
Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
