About this position:
LMCU is looking for a Media Production Specialist that will be responsible for helping plan, produce, edit, and execute various multimedia content for the use in, but not limited to, broadcast TV, OTT, retail-in-branch marketing, radio, podcasts, corporate/business unit videos, and social media. This role will report to the Media Production Manager. Additional duties include shooting and editing professional studio and photography headshots, organizing and maintaining production studio/resources, and ensuring final approved media is delivered timely and correctly.

About this position:
LMCU is looking for a Media Production Specialist that will be responsible for helping plan, produce, edit, and execute various multimedia content for the use in, but not limited to, broadcast TV, OTT, retail-in-branch marketing, radio, podcasts, corporate/business unit videos, and social media. This role will report to the Media Production Manager. Additional duties include shooting and editing professional studio and photography headshots, organizing and maintaining production studio/resources, and ensuring final approved media is delivered timely and correctly.
What you'll do:
- Shoot, edit, and record audio/video packages with or without talent when needed.
- Edit and assemble final multimedia material, ensuring quality and consistently meet LMCU brand standards. Assist with gathering, ingesting, and organizing of media files and assets. Collaborate and brainstorm with Media Production Manager regarding project details, concepts, technical requirements, and production costs.
- Assist in providing technical and creative recommendations regarding such elements as talent, locations, audio, lighting, camera settings, shooting angle and motion animation.
- Schedule, shoot, and edit professional studio-quality headshots of various LMCU leaders for use in advertising and marketing materials. Coordinate with on-staff graphic designers within the Marketing department to ensure photo assets meet project requirements.
- Fly and capture media using a drone as directed - following safety and FAA guidelines.
What You'll Bring: You'll like this position if you have...
- One to three years of Media Production experience, or similar or related experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Video Production or a related field of study preferred, but not required.
- Experienced with high-level creative productions and non-linear editing systems (NLE).
- Proficiency with the Adobe Create Suite (primarily Adobe Premier, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and Microsoft office (Outlook, Work, PowerPoint, and to a small degree Excel).
- Confident in shooting with various camera equipment and shooting styles, as well as a strong understanding of core lighting and production principles.
- Knowledgeable in social media marketing and current marketing strategies/trends.
