Resident Care & Med Techs Needed:
Full time and Part Time shifts Available:
As a Med Tech you would be responsible for passing meds, resident services and other duties as assigned. Duties can include personal services, social-recreational activities, delegated tasks, medication assistance, meal services and others as needed or Resident care and service delivery. Trains other staff as assigned.
Skills Needed
A med tech/ resident care assistant in an assisted living facility can be a physically demanding job. You would need to be actively involved with residents and perform a number of physical tasks, such as lifting, helping and transporting residents. In addition, you will need to be friendly, patient and compassionate when dealing with residents, especially those who might not be adjusted to the idea of living in an assisted living facility. You should also be nonjudgmental and open to working with people of different backgrounds and beliefs.
