Exciting Opportunity - Offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus

Hours: 7 p.m. - 7 a.m., 3 times a week.

• Provides comprehensive plan of care interventions, encompassing medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and additional medical care services.
• Accurately documents all patient care provided.
• Regularly monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family as appropriate.
• Assists patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and addressing spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
• Assesses learning needs of patients and/or families, delivering tailored education suitable for age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
• Acts as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.

Requirements: ADN or BSN, completion of NCLEX exam, team-oriented with a positive attitude.
