Details of unit (average census, floating requirements, culture of unit, total FTEs): Our busiest unit, 36 bed general Med/Surg tele, floats if needed based on skill set and competency. Currently are taking Covid patients on the Med/Surg side
How many years of experience and education is required: 1 year of acute care
Compensation: Salary range, retention Bonus, relocation package, shift diff for weekends or nights?
Salary range is $29-$39 based on years of experience, $10,000 Sign on Bonus for those with at least 1 year of acute care experience, relocation assistance available as well. Shift differential ranges from $2.50/hr up to $6.00/hr.

Just 20 minutes from Downtown Austin and all it has to offer. This is a 14 year old hospital, modern and updated, clean, pretty campus. Close to both Downtown as well as Hill country.
