Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our Med Spa team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all. This is a full-time or part-time position with competitive pay.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner
- Answer incoming phone calls timely
- Provide information to guests and schedule appointments
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
-Light cleaning and up keeping linens for treatment rooms
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and checking guests in/out
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of payments received
- Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
- Manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette at all times
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
