Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for mechanical equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance. Root Cause Analysis: Investigate equipment failures, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Data Analysis: Analyze data from various sources, including sensors and maintenance records, to make data-driven decisions and improvements. Engineering Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engineering solutions that enhance the reliability and performance of mechanical systems. Risk Assessment: Perform risk assessments to prioritize maintenance and reliability efforts, ensuring resources are allocated effectively. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance and reliability activities, including reports, records, and procedures. Continuous Improvement: Continuously monitor and evaluate equipment performance, seeking opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements. Compliance: Ensure that all maintenance and reliability activities comply with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards. Training: Provide training and support to maintenance teams and operators to enhance their understanding of reliability best practices. Cost Management: Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve reliability and maintenance goals within cost constraints. Hands-On Involvement: Be actively involved in hands-on mechanical and reliability engineering tasks as needed to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Job Requirements Requirements: Education: A minimum of a 4-year degree in a relevant engineering field, such as Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in mechanical reliability engineering or a related field. Manufacturing Experience: Prior experience in manufacturing is required, indicating a familiarity with the manufacturing processes and equipment.
