Mechanically Inclined Problem Solver - Field Service (Will Train)

Assured Security is looking to add an employee to our team who’s seeking a fulfilling job that they enjoy. We currently have an opening to join our Lock & Door Solutions team to help install and service doors, door hardware and locks. The ideal candidate will have customer first mentality and a drive/competitiveness to ensure the entire team reaches established goals.

Job Duties for Mechanically Inclined Problem Solver - Field Service Professional (Will Train):

Some of the job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Troubleshoot doors, door hardware, locks, etc.
• Perform Lock & Door service, which may include rekeying locks
• Install commercial lcoks and door hardware
• Installing and servicing electro/mechanical door hardware
• Managing daily schedule and work with customers directly to best accommodate their requests
• Using initiative and accountability to service accounts by providing them with high quality security solutions

Requirements forMechanically Inclined Problem Solver - Field Service Professional (Will Train):

• More than 2 years of previous work experience
• Enjoys hands on work and has a strong mechanical aptitude
• Good problem solving and logic skills
• Polished communication and customer service skills
• Customer first attitude
• Comfortable working autonomously and/or as part of a team
• Ability to organize/plan daily time
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Ability to pass background check, drug test and DMV record check
• HS Diploma

Preferred forMechanically Inclined Problem Solver - Field Service Professional (Will Train):

• Construction experience
• Carpentry experience
• Work experience requiring mechanical aptitude
• Understanding of basic electronics
• Sales experience
