Growing full-service firm looking to add a talented Mechanical Engineering Project Manager to their Pittsburgh, Ohio team
Responsibilities:
- Project manager responsibilities
- Utilize technical expertise to analyze designs, identify issues, and find solutions
- Assist with strategic planning
- Build/maintain client relationships and meet revenue goals
- Manage engineers/architects
- Administrative duties (develop, communicate, track workflow tasks, and scheduling)
- Ensure QA/QC standards are met, and project documentation are consistent with project plans and within scope/budget requirements
- Mentor/train junior staff
- Some travel required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 12+ years of design experience (Healthcare, Educational, Federal, Public Building, Retail and Commercial)
- Extensive experience with HVAC and Plumbing Design
- Experience with Steam and High Temperature System design preferred
- PE License preferred
- Proficient in building load calculations, sizing, and selection system
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Understanding of mechanical codes, plumbing codes, and ASHRAE design standards
Salary is commensurate with experience.
