Site based Project Engineering and management role: JCK USA are recruiting for Electrical & Mechanical engineering and management roles for our projects across the USA.
The role: Planning and organizing labor, Equipment hire and materials for the project. You will be the key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders and responsible for reporting project status and updates directly to the client. Reading, updating and implementing contracts and Schedules.
Knowledge of health and safety, manual handling and OSHA regulations. Implementing quality control measures. Understand the Contract and the Companys obligations and ensure all requirements are met.
Ensure all client enquiries, issues and requests are actioned and resolved within appropriate timescales. Schedule Communication Meetings to your team to include delivery of H&S information, Company updates and feedback on overall performance. Carry out site inspections to continuously monitor health and safety, quality of work and overall productivity.
Build a positive environment and ensure a collaborative and team focused approach. Set daily and weekly targets for installation teams. Set up and maintain a continues improvement process for all quality and H&S requirements.
Identify and develop growth potential within the project installation teams. Interact daily with employee team members to provide support and on-the-job training.
