Mechanical Assembler

We are hiring a Mechanical Assembler to join the team at an established manufacturer of commercial HVAC products.

As a Mechanical Assembler, you will perform a variety of tasks to manufacture commercial HVAC sheet metal parts, sub-assemblies, and assemblies per safety, quality, and productivity specifications. The Mechanical Assembler works from written and verbal schedules to operate various production equipment and maintain processes per specifications. The Mechanical Assembler may also build control panel and wire units per wire diagrams. In addition, the Mechanical Assembler may perform material handling other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:

• High School or GED/equivalent
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Experience working with screwdrivers, power drills, pliers, etc.
• Able to communicate effectively in the English language, oral and written, to ensure work is performed safely and correctly
• Able to remain in stationary position for the majority of the shift
• Moves materials weighing up to 50 pounds
• Reliable transportation

We are offering $21.00 or $23.35 per hour, depending on shift, with openings on 1st shift 7:00am-3:30pm and 2nd shift 3:15pm-11:45pm Monday-Friday. Overtime and Saturdays are mandatory.
