Meat Cutter

Kinikin Craft Butchers and Processing is a USDA-certified processing operation and retail store that offers timely, precise, custom-cutting services, savory sandwiches, and retail experience all onsite.
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking skilled Meat Cutters to join our team at Kinikin Processing.
Responsibilities:

• Operate meat processing equipment according to safety standards and procedures.
• Use hand tools and power equipment to cut, trim, and prepare meat products.
• Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and equipment.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies.
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Meat Cutter or similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of meat processing equipment and techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Food Handler's Certificate or willingness to obtain.
