• Maintains scales, labels and signage in accordance with regulations and PCC standards
• Receives product and may place orders as directed by the supervisors or appropriate meat department staff

• Ensures department sanitation, cleanliness and safety standards are met

• Proven ability to provide excellent, professional customer service
• Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and be able to travel to multiple store locations
• Must maintain a valid meat cutting license. 
• Willingness to work at all PCC locations
• Must have at least two years of experience working as a licensed, journey-level Meat Cutter
• Must be able to identify all cuts of meat, fish, and poultry
• Demonstrated skill in meat wrapping and handling
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of natural and organic meats preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to meet physical demands, including standing, bending, twisting, repetitive motion, and lifting up to 60lbs regularly
• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Vacation Accrual – 0.06 hours per hour worked during the first 2080 hours of employment

• Seattle Stores (BL, CD, CC, DT, FR, GL, GV, VR, WS): .033 hours per hour worked (Includes Union, State, and City Accrual Rates) 
• Outside of Seattle Stores (BV, BT, BR, ED, IS, KL, RD): .025 hours per hour worked (Includes Union and State Accrual Rates)
