Duties and Responsibilities
In this position, you will be a valuable member of our consumer field organization, focusing on driving sales by establishing marketing contract with owners and developers of apartment complexes, condominiums, and multi-dwelling units within Wyyerd fibers coverage area. These partnerships are instrumental in enabling Wyyerd to expand and promote our strategic consumer services within these communities. As the successful candidate, your primary responsibilities will include structuring and securing new full building installations in the Arizona market. This involves collaborating with owners and developers of apartment complexes, condos, multi-dwelling units. Your efforts will play a crucial role in increasing our MDU capture rate and overall market share within our fiber coverage area.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with sales and integrator partners to develop and grow market share.
- Oversee the expansion of partners and customers that will profitably grow revenue.
- Be an ambassador for the Wyyerd Business brand by representing the brand at conferences and municipality engagement meetings.
- Maintain a deep understanding of current and future needs planning and deployment team.
- Work cross-functionally across the Wyyerd groups
- Partner closely with the product development, Field Ops, and Netops teams
- Cold-calling and Door Knocking prospects to set up meetings and secure new Full Building Installations
- Maintaining ongoing relationships with internal and external partners to ensure all contractual obligations and targets are being met
- Update and manage Wyyerd tools for inventory and deployment
- Schedule and perform Site Surveys, send out Site Survey "Installation Proposals" to appropriate scheduling of Full Building bulk project
- Manage weekly calendar of activities and communicate it with MDU Sales and MDU Installation team
- Develop a good working relationship with Sales Administrators by assisting them when needed
- Work closely with marketing teams to develop creative ads.
- Maintain marketing and sales materials in the field
- Coordinating with field sales team and Marketing to schedule onsite events at of apartment, condo and multi-dwelling units
- Establish, update, and maintain systems for tracking sales activity reporting to Sales Director
- Arrange and conduct meetings with MDU property owners/managers.
- Build relationships with MDU prospects and clients, ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with other departments to ensure successful contract execution.
- Uphold a positive reputation and promote a favorable brand image for Wyyerd Fiber in the marketplace.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success and growth of the organization.
Core Competencies/Qualifications.
- 5+ years of work experience in telecommunication sales.
- MDU sales or client management experience.
- Working knowledge of building/construction industry and related terminology.
- Working knowledge and experience with contracts and contract negotiations.
- Familiar with customer record systems, processes, and practices.
- Highly organized and communicative with colleagues and leaders.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively.
- Reside and have knowledge of the West Valley of Phoenix
- Valid drivers license and an acceptable driving record (MVR).
- Understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, Salesforce a plus
