Mds Coordinator, Rn/Lpn

The MDS Coordinator works closely with the Director of Nursing to direct the licensed and non-licensed staff who provide health care and nursing services to residents of the facility. To ensure the provision of quality nursing care on a 24-hour basis to the residents of the care center in accordance with Federal, State and Local standards and regulations. This individual will assist in planning, organizing, and directing the activities of the nursing department to ensure the delivery of quality nursing care with the goal of facilitating the highest level of functioning and independence for each resident.
