Under the direction of the Director of Nursing Services, the MDS Coordinator, Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for implementing the federally mandated assessment tool to identify needs/concerns of the resident and to coordinate a plan of care to assist the resident toward optimal wellness based on the highest practicable level of functioning We are looking for caring and compassionate individuals to provide outstanding care to our residents each and every day. MDS COORDINATOR, REGISTERED NURSE (RN) QUALIFICATIONS:

• MUST HAVE a Registered Nurse ( RN ) Certification in Florida
• MDS and Quality Measure experience Required
• Must have great customer service skills
• Skilled Nursing Experience (Preferred)
