We are currently seeking an MDS Coordinator. The MDS Coordinator will be responsible for completing and overseeing the RAI Process, including training/educating floor staff on requirements and processes for accurately capturing resident conditions to facilitate accurate coding for Quality Care and Reimbursement.

Qualifications- Current RN License required.
- Experience in long term care.
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Federal, State and local governmental practices and regulations applicable to long term health care organizations.
- Knowledgeable of human development, including the processes of aging, and of social and health problems confronting older persons.
