MDS Coordinator - Agawam E, MA

Agawam Rehab Campus is seeking an experienced and dedicated MDS Coordinator RN to fill a full-time, salaried position in our skilled nursing facility.

Some of your duties will be making sure that all paperwork is completed and the facility is receiving the maximum reimbursements entitled. The MDS Coordinator RN will collect data and gather information from staff and resident to create a detailed, accurate and comprehensive clinical assessment.
