About the Role:
-As our MDS Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in making a real impact on the lives of our residents. Some responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the assessment process to ensure residents' care plans are personalized and effective.
- Collaborating with our interdisciplinary team, including nurses, therapists, and social workers, to create a holistic care plan.
- Maintaining regulatory compliance, contributing to quality improvement, and helping us elevate the standard of care.
