Andover Manor is seeking an experienced and dedicated MDS NurseRN to fill a full-time, salaried position in our skilled nursing facility.
The MDS Nurse RN duties will be making sure that all paperwork is completed and the facility is receiving the maximum reimbursements entitled. You will collect data and gather information from staff and resident to create a detailed, accurate and comprehensive clinical assessment.

Don’t forget...
- An active state RN/LPN license is required.
- Understanding of the MDS process: coordination, scheduling and completion.
- SNF/long-term care experience.
- This is a direct hire position; we are not an agency.
