MCO- Customer Service Bi-Lingual Ambassador
Languages Looking for:Portuguese, Hindi, Urdu, Vietnamese, German, Greek, Russian and Italian
Requirements:
● Must be bilingual Fluent in – English and any languages mention above
● Availability for a 2-week mandatory training, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (paid training).
● Job consistency is crucial, requiring candidates to stay in the same assignment for 1 year or more to qualify.
● Desirable to have a minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience.
● GED or High School Diploma is required.
● Must pass a background check, drug test, and language test.
● No visible tattoos on hand, wrists, fingers, neck, or face.
● No Body Piercing
Job Details:
● Location: Orlando International Airport (MCO).
● Payrate: $16.75 per hour (weekly paid).
● Full-time and part-time positions available.
● Mandatory weekends.
● Shifts: 1st Shift (4:00 am to 12:30 pm), 2nd Shift (12:00 pm to 4:00 pm), 3rd Shift (3:30 pm to 12:00 pm).
● Responsibilities include assisting guests and passengers, providing correct information in a bilingual capacity, greeting individuals courteously, resolving issues, and maintaining professionalism in a high-stress environment.
