Form of workThe Volunteer position is responsible for providing educational, recreational, and\or any services to youth and families at a DYCD funded program at HeartShare St. Vincent's Services (HSVS). The Volunteer position is also for Co-Locators that are responsible for enhancing available services at a HSVS DYCD McKinley Beacon Program, which is located at 7301 Fort Hamilton Parkway inside McKinley JHS 259.
The Parties understand and acknowledge that a Volunteer/ Co-Locator is an independently funded organization, informal group, or individual that agrees to deliver a component of the program, as directed and supervised by the community program, in exchange for free space and the opportunity to provide its services to the Beacon participants and community members.
All individual volunteers must complete an HSVS application and complete the background clearance process. All Co-locators must complete an HSVS application, a Co-locator form with the Program Director of the HSVS DYCD funded program, and also complete a Background Screening.
At any time if the Program Director feels that the volunteer/Co locator is no longer fulfilling their co-locator agreement or if they violate Heartshare St. Vincent's Policy or the McKinley Beacons Code of Conduct, The Volunteer/co-locator agreement will be null and void.
