```Duties```
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant during assigned shifts
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Manage and motivate a team of employees
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to staff members
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Enforce food safety and sanitation standards
- Assist with food preparation and cooking as necessary
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving restaurant performance

- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of banquet in, food service management, and restaurant operations
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
-Coffee experience is a plus.
