What Will I Do?

• Participate in classroom learning and hands-on training
• Receive extensive technical training as well as communication and process training 
• Have regular assessments to check for comprehension and progress
• Engage in weekly ride-alongs in the field with experienced technicians 

Do I Have What it Takes?

• No industry experience necessary! 
• Basic mechanic skills are preferred.
• A friendly personality and helpful, positive attitude.
• Must have an insurable driving record & valid driver’s license.
