CW is a constantly evolving business that strives to carry only the best product lines for solutions, machines, and tools. CW handles all the facets of cleaning including carpet, window, stone, and general janitorial needs.
We are hiring for a Store Manager at our Maui location to help us reach out growth goals.
Essential Functions
- Drive sales expectations and closely manage all expenses.
- Responsible and held accountable to our company financials.
- Demonstrate technical competence on all products, equipment and rentals.
- Understand and have knowledge on how to read a P&L.
- Operate and navigate our POS system and QBO system.
- Understand COGS and freight.
- Consistently deliver outstanding customer experience.
- Respond to customer requests in a 24-hour time period.
- Respond to web inquiries within a 24 hour time period.
- Promptly handle all customer issues.
- Build and establish lasting relationships with customers and vendors.
- Supervise, train, and assist employees to provide best in class customer service, showroom and warehouse cleanliness and maintenance.
- Educate employees on knowledge of product and operation of equipment.
- Responsible for maintaining a weekly schedule for employees, pickups and deliveries.
- Responsible for approving time sheets and processing payroll.
- Responsible for receiving deliveries and reconciling PO's with orders.
- Responsible for posting payments in QBO.
- Responsible for making bank deposits.
- Maintain proper inventory levels, ensure stocking, create PO's for Statewide Operations Manager to review and approve.
- Implement cross-training of employees to maintain productivity at all times.
- Ensure the showroom and is clean, shelves are neatly stocked and presentable.
- Ensure our warehouses are clean, neat and everything is in it's place.
- Manage the maintenance of all rental equipment.
- Responsible to hire and train employees to ensure outstanding customer experience.
- Must live by and enforce all company policies and procedures.
- Must execute safety standards for use of all equipment operated by employees.
- Coach, lead, inspire and set the example for the team; create good company culture
- Responsible for the opening and closing of the showroom, daily (M-F, 7am-4pm)
Equipment Operated
- Fork Lift, Company Flatbed and Company Truck
Education and Experience:
- College degree preferred. Knowledge and use of forklift and equipment unique to our business.
- Exhibits strong communication skills - written and verbal.
- Exhibits strong organizational skills.
- Demonstrated success negotiating resources to achieve sales goals.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be physically fit to bend, lift, carry, push, pull, reach overhead.
Other Requirements:
- Must be able to operate POS, QBO, Excel knowledge helpful.
- Must be familiar with Office 365 - sending/receiving emails, setting appointments, etc.
- Must have clean drivers abstract.
