California pay range: MIN $80,000.00 - - MAX $136,000.00 Year

Job Description:
- Responsible for the raising and tracking of capital and expense POs.
- Organize customer visits, events and meetings for the site.
- Compile and generate department statistics for management review. These can be related to production or site data.
- Maintain/enforce clean office workspace for the comfort of the employees.
- Assist employees with IT/Office services to enhance their productivity.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Must be adept at Excel data entry and manipulation. Plotting and Pivot Table skills will be necessary.
- Must be a self-starter, be proactive in dealing with internal stakeholders and vendors/suppliers.
