Compensation and Benefits
- $75,815 - $124,028 annually (certificated salary schedule) (prorated)
- 183 day calendar
- Master's and Doctoral supplements of $2,797.00
- Exceptional benefits packages to all employees serving at 50% time.Staff have the choice of many HMO/PPO medical plans including several that require no employee contribution for full family coverage. Contribution levels vary by full-time equivalent status.
- One-time Bilingual (Spanish) signing incentive of up to $2,000 for new hires [determined via online testing]. (prorated)
- We pay for the induction program fees for all teachers who need to clear their credential (not to include any credentialing fees).
- We honor up to 13 years of verified certificated teaching experience toward salary placement.
