This Position is Ideal for:

Requirements
- Applicants must be 16 years of age or older
- General schedule requirements are a minimum of 10 hours a week, distributed across 3 days (Priority given to applicants who are able to start work at 3pm on weekdays)
- Experience with children ages 5-17 is preferred but not required
- Math proficiency evaluation for math skills ranging up to Algebra I and Geometry
Responsibilities Include:
- Teaching students in a 4:1 ratio
- Facilitating a productive educational environment
- Applying Mathnasium's teaching methods and curriculum to instruct students in grades K-12
- Assisting with math homework and test preparation
- Professionally interact with students to keep them focused
All applicants will be required to take a math literacy test to demonstrate math proficiency, provide work authorization, and pass a background check.
Compensation: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Mathnasium locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees of Mathnasium Center Licensing, LLC ("Mathnasium"). Franchisees are independent business people and not employed by Mathnasium. Thus, each franchisee and each franchisee center is unique and the franchisee is alone responsible for all employment matters in their center. If you are hired to work at a center, the franchisee will be your employer, not Mathnasium.
