Randak Dyslexia Services has been helping people since 2011. While many people don’t realize it, dyslexia can also affect a person’s math abilities. Students benefit from the application of Orton-Gillingham principles (the only type of program recommended by the International Dyslexia Association) to math instruction as well. We employ these principles when we tutor all of our math students.
We are based in Billings, Montana, and provide one-on-one tutoring and dyslexia screening locally. We can also provide these same services via the internet and have tutored students across the world.
Math Tutor Position Available:
We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, creative, loves math, and is loving to children. (This is required of course!)
Our preferred tutor would have:
- Several years experience teaching children and/or high schoolers in Math.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
- A teachable positive attitude, ready to collaborate with our team.
- Must be available from 2 pm to 7 pm and day time and afternoon times in the summer.
- Ability to teach high school math would be preferred
