Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician

Overview:
A top Illinois hospital with magnet designation in a beautiful Illinois college town is in need of Locum Tenens Maternal-Fetal Medicine coverage.
What you will be doing:

• Provide high quality, patient-centered MFM total care in a high patient volume, fast paced environment

• Ultrasound evaluation

• Antenatal testing and outpatient consultations

• Amniocentesis

Setting and Schedule

• 453-bed TL-I hospital

• M-F 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• Call not required, but participation in call schedule is possible if desired

• EMR = EPIC

• 8-14 patients per day

• Clinic and Antepartum unit

• 4 Maternal-fetal physicians in department

• 4 FTE Advanced practice perinatal nurse practitioners in department

• 6 nurses, 2 CMAs, 4 receptionists

• High-risk obstetric ultrasound technician

What you must have:

• MD or DO, board-certified or board-eligible in maternal-Fetal Medicine

• If board eligible, you must be an active candidate for certification

• Active Illinois license

• Clean and easy-to-credential history

Other Information:
Compensation

• $275 per hour or higher

• Malpractice paid

• Airfare or mileage paid

• Housing arranged and paid
