Job overview

This position is an entry level position that takes place in both an office and warehouse environment. This individual will work with team members in maintaining company inventory. Responsibility to maintain fleet including fleet maintenance. This position will require driving between two warehouse locations. A clean driving history of three (3) to seven (7) years is required for this position. Duties include receiving, unpacking, verifying, and recording incoming merchandise or material; and arranging for the transportation of products. Assisting engineering department to ensure materials are available for installation teams.

Pay Overview

Pay is based on experience and overall qualifications. Pay starts at $17 hr.

Hours of operation overview

· 7 am to 4 pm

· Monday through Friday

· Clear MVR for 7 years

Essential Functions

Position is ACTIVE with lifting, pushing/pulling, or carrying 50 - 75% of the time of GREATER than 50lbs. Computer work 25 – 50% of the time. Position is primarily preformed in NON-CLIMATE CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT.

Key Responsibilities

· Maintains inventory control, receiving, and materials storage.

· Maintains inventory levels to ensure stock is available.

· Maintains and ensures accuracy of the perpetual inventory system.

· Operating a forklift to load/unload materials from trucks and organizing the materials for storage

· Works with purchasing department to schedule delivery of materials, supplies, and equipment.

· Manages and monitors storage of purchased parts.

· Prepares maintenance schedules for motor vehicles; notifies drivers when maintenance is to be performed.

· Maintains vehicle maintenance on unassigned vehicles.

· Operates diagnostic equipment to determine repairs that need to be made.

· Maintains database of maintenance and repair records for company vehicles and equipment.

· This position is required to back up the front office.

· Performs other related duties as assigned.
