Benefits Eligible: Optional Location: Anchorage, Alaska - office based Advanced Supply Chain International (ASCI) is currently seeking applicants to be considered for a Materials Management Readiness Specialist role. The Materials Management Readiness Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the Materials Management (MM) function is equipped and ready to support O&M at first oil to ensure safe, efficient and compliant operations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Promote and lead in the implementation of the clients policies and procedures, including Safety, health, environment, process, people and planning.

Ensure systems and processes are in place and fit for purpose for MM including cataloguing, demand creation, material planning, warehousing, purchasing and inventory management. Develop and implement an MRO integration program to include the procurement, supply, consolidation and transportation of O&M material to the clients storage facilities. Ensure MM data is acquired throughout construction to support catalogue creation, reporting and analytics, inventory valuation and regulatory requirements.

Play a key role in selection of warehouse and storage footprint based on SLAs with Operations, storage costs, contracting strategies and material care and preservation requirements. Develop procedures that govern Alaska MM activities to include receiving/issuing, catalogue management, Materials Requirement Planning (MRP), inventory disposals, OSDD, refurbishment, and cycle counting. Play a key role in selection of the on-slope materials management contractor to include evaluation criteria, resource deployment and contract accountability.

Play a key role in build-out of warehouse and yard space with the goals of optimizing storage space, deploying appropriate material handling equipment and ensuring safety and compliance with federal agencies. Develop reporting capabilities within the BU to enable data analytics, facilitate inventory optimization and support O&M efficiency. Fulfill role as SCM SAP super user and champion system changes as the company implements roadmap items in the coming years.

Minimum Qualifications Skills & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain or related. 7+ years' SAP experience; in-depth knowledge of systems design, deployment, and utilization in the Oil & Gas industry 5+ years' Alaska North Slope experience Proficient in oral and written communications Effective interpersonal skills required to interact at all levels of seniority Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and perform under pressure Employment Type: FULL_TIME
