ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Materials Management Analyst II, you will be part of a team where you will use your knowledge and background in finding innovative, cost-effective means to ensure the availability of spare parts and materials to meet customer demand and drive operational excellence using Clear to Build (CTB) Materials Analyst techniques and working with Operations, Engineering, Operations AME, Customer Operations, Procurement and Sourcing.
You will partner with the factory operations and Customer Operations in providing direction that ensures product is coordinated, monitored and completes the production cycle according to schedule.
This role is fully onsite at our Engines plant located at 111 S. 34th St. Phoenix, AZ.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish production schedules
  • Capacity requirement review
  • Material availability review
  • Review engineering and quality plans
  • Continuous improvement plans
  • Interacts with factory floor
  • Escalates and identifies risks
  • Data analysis overviews
  • Monitor Start/Finish dates and Work In Process (WIP) Age
  • Mentor and coach your peers

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

MUST HAVE
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1+ years of experience in Planning / Materials management
  • 2+ years’ experience Manufacturing or Aerospace

WE VALUE

  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
  • Advanced computer skills, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint
  • Project/Program Management skills
  • Proactive clear and concise communication skills
  • Ability to influence up, down and across the organization
  • Able to make decisions using data provided

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
