- Planning and directing a subordinate workforce, effectively coordinating work efforts with other functional areas.
- Interpreting complex written instructions and technical publications and compiling and completing required reports and evaluations.
- Maintaining explosive safety handling requirements, quality assurance inspection requirements, preparation/certification of transportation requirements/regulations regarding commercial motor vehicle, rail, aircraft and vessel shipments.
