Job Description
As a Material Planning Coordinator III you would support the EW-IMC at the NHQ Campus in Nashua, NH. You will be responsible for moving WIP throughout the facility, including in and out of a classified test area. You will also perform Oracle transactions to issue lower level completed modules and subassemblies into the next higher assembly (NHA). You will investigate any material shortages, order replacement material for rework, along with working closely with the FFA Supply Chain Planners and Value Stream Specialists (VSS) to help see product in WIP through completion.
Other regular duties (but not limited to) include issuing material from point-of-use locations, replenishing point of use inventories, processing non-conforming material in and out of PMRB and releasing work orders to WIP.
Looking for a self-motivated, clear and thorough communicator for a very busy production area on 2nd shift.

Required Skills and Education
  • Ideally the candidate will have a Secret clearance or at minimum the ability to obtain one.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, to accurately report production status between team members and work shifts
  • Prior experience in an electronics manufacturing environment in a support role
  • Ability to multi-task and work cohesively with manufacturing personnel and supporting teams
  • Ability to monitor work in process and provide recommendations to assure delivery requirements are satisfied
  • Support daily stand up meetings at beginning of shift each day
  • This role requires a high-energy, highly-motivated person who is detail-oriented with the ability to learn quickly and work well with others
  • Ideally the candidate will have a Secret clearance or at minimum the ability to obtain one

Preferred Skills and Education
  • Experience in a support role in Manufacturing.
  • Working knowledge of one or more of the following a plus: Oracle ERP, Solumina, Data View, PLM, and TIPQA.
  • Good understanding of MS Office.
  • Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
