Description
Designs, creates, and implements materials, shaders, and lighting for company products both internal and external facing. Maintains technical parts information graphics for company products.
Job Duties
- Creates and revises technical parts information graphics in support of new product introduction, continuous process improvement, and revision timelines.
- Ensures all parts information graphics are created accurately and participates in process improvement efforts.

Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years in a material development role for film or games.
- 2+ years in a university or trade school setting
- Working knowledge in Substance Designer and painter.
- Working knowledge in industry 3D software (Maya, 3DS Max)
- Game engine rendering and shader development.
- Experience in both Unity and Unreal engines.
- Scene Lighting in engine
- Material development based on real world and concept references.
- Able to give and accept critique constructively.
- Adaptable workflow knowledge.
- Shader development skills with C# knowledge a plus.
- Up-to-date portfolio and or demo real.
- Ability to relocate.
- Dependable Vehicle.
Top Candidates will also have
- C# knowledge
- Working knowledge in Zbrush, Mudbox.
Additional Information
The location for this position is Rapid City, SD.
Domestic relocation assistance is available for this position.
This position will require less than 10% travel.
