Caesarstone, a global leader in over 50 countries with headquarters in Israel and cutting-edge manufacturing plants in the USA, Israel, and India, is seeking a Material Handler/Forklift Driver based in Charlotte, NC. This role involves routine warehouse organization, material handling, and supporting shipping, receiving, and delivery operations.
Responsibilities include unloading finished goods, order picking, maintaining an organized yard, and occasionally operating a company truck. The ideal candidate will have experience with scanners, forklifts, and a commitment to safety protocols, capable of lifting 50lbs and walking 50% of the time.
Key Duties:
- Receive daily orders, pick and load quartz slabs for delivery
- Safely unload/load containers
- Operate forklift
- Assist customers in a friendly manner
- Maintain warehouse/yard organization
- Follow safety rules and contribute to product order filling

Requirements:
- Forklift operation skills; certification preferred
- Clear driving record
- +1 year warehouse experience
- Ability to pass background check, drug screen, forklift certification, and DOT physical
- Knowledge of warehouse/shipping and receiving functions
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
Working Conditions: Exposure to varying temperatures and warehouse environment elements
